Hosed?

I use Gates Automaster 4mm fuel hose, stock # 3225.

It's under a tenth of Audi's price, and is _not_ fabric-covered.  When I 
replaced the original hoses, I found that most of them were badly cracked and 
leaking under the fabric weave.  The stuff I use now is much easier to check.
