A4 2.8 30V Questions

Both the sunroof and the doors need to be accurately aligned with the bodywork.
The sunroof, especially, contributes a fair amount.  I suppose, BTW, that you
did check the speedometer?  I've known people complain about Audi noise and 
suddenly realise they're travelling 30mph faster than they thought.

Not on the A4 - it already has this relay.

You can set it up how you want it, especially a quattro.  Tyre brand (and 
pressure - easiest and cheapest thing to check) make quite a difference.
