It is easy to check. If your brakes are consatnly engaged your rims will be
_extremely_ hot. Not just hot as they can be after a good driving but
wery hot.
If it is first thing I would do is to bleed (I am not sure
about this word - I meen pump air out) the system. Air is much more
expandable with temperature then brake liquid.
If not - something with the engine.
