Only if the A/C High pressure switch is bad(often they are)!

Turn on your head lights, then A/C, and blower motor...
The rad fan sucks up to 35amps of current at high speed!
You are placing a large demand on the alternator! Have any battery or
alternator
problems? 13.5 volts should be the "minimum" charge! Mine
consistently
reads 14 !
Either way, in the long run your going to have problems that stem from
the fan being "on" all the time! Maybe not today, maybe not this
month,
but give it time!
