Thanks to everyone who replied!

I followed the suggestion of deleting my collision, and then
keeping comprehensive with a very high deductible ($1000).
This has the effect of cutting my yearly insurance by 50%, and still
gives me complete coverage for glass breakage (MA does not have
a special glass only category, so have to do this).
