4kq Electrical Woes

Dear Quattrophiles-

Has anyone seen this one before?

I turn on my headlights, and the hi-beam indicator comes on faintly (20%
intensity).  I turn the hi-beams on and off with the stalk switch, and the
problem goes away for about 15 minutes.  Then the same thing happens again.

I am trying to sort out some other electrical gremlins in the headlight
system, so any input on previous headlight related problems would help.  

I've already wired in relays for the headlights, but there seems to be a
large currnet draw from just the parking lights.  I'll know more tomorrow
after some more troubleshooting.  Any comments or suggestions?
