Personally, I think people have a personal right not to wear seatbelts if they 
so desire.  I think they should take a look at their personal responsibilities, 
dependants, etc., first of course.
 
And I have a perfect right to applaud if I see such an individual take off 
through the windscreen and imitate Jackson Pollock on a bridge pier.
