You _should_ be able to get it by feeding a wobble socket on some _long_ 
extensions down the side of the transmission.If the other end of the bolt 
has a "funny" shaped forging on it,it is possible to hammer a socket over 
this,and hold the nut with an open ended or ring spanner.Crude,but it does 
work.I replace them with conventional bolts once removed.
