86 5000 TQ Cylinder head

Does anyone know what the differences are between cylinder heads?
Specifically another  lister has a head from a 1986 non-turbo quattro, and I 
need a head for my Turbo Quattro (MC engine code). 
Are they the same? If not what are the differences and would it work if 
installed.
Otherwise unless someone else has a suitable head I'll be trading my "core" 
for the Audi rebuilt one...
This is getting expensive!
