You definetly have a wiring/relay problem somewhere in the door circuits. Do you
have a Bentley and a VOM? I would begin tracing the wiring, checking for
continuity and also voltage from the door on down to the switches in the
console. At some point, I'm certain you will find the problem. Also, check the
relays. 
 
I know this is fairly generic, but it is a fairly large task to try to explain
in detail.

Not to long ago I wrote about window up and down problemos on my 87' 4kq.  I 
was able to fix the front window due to naked wires, however, I also took off 
door panels to the back doors to see if anything looked strange.  Well, now 
that I've replaced the panels the rear windows won't budge at all!!!! Before 
they worked fine, but now nothing.  What could i have done...by the way the 
dash switches work but the ones on the rear door don't want to cooperate. 
 All help would be greatly appricated...
