I am not very familiar with turbomotors but one of the reasons can be
bad valve seals (rubber things which prevents oil to be suck in the
cilinders - I do not know how to call them). When you cruising at high
RPMs for a long time engine sucks more oil then in town and burns this
oil with gas. My car has the same problem though not so dramatic and I
am going to change these seals to see what will happen.
