Oil circulators

I don't know if this meets your definition of "circulate the oil," but Canton
Racing Products makes a unit that holds an extra quart of oil under pressure
while the engine runs, then releases it to the turbo bearing when you shut off
the ignition. For that matter, they also make a (separate) unit that releases
a quart of oil when you crank the engine over. No personal experience w/either
unit. They're at 2 Commerce Dr., N. Branford, CT 06471. Phone: (203) 484-4900.
