I would tend to disagree.  At least for the MC engine, the ability of the
software seems to be limited by the size of the EPROM (8k).  They got an
awful lot into that 8k.  So far, I don't see any obvious places where I
could optimize the code more to make room for improvements...
I would rewire the board for a 16k EPROM rather than try!

BTW:  has anyone managed to get a dump of the MB engine's EPROM yet?
