thats true. the ic is the key to it.
to illustrate this, i read the other day about a 'hot' german rs2. this crazy
guy (german tuner) had got *480hp* from the rs2 by computer changes and boost
(running 21psi). sounded like the ic stayed the same.
said that it scared the labrador's shitless....
the other thing that was funny was his range on a full tank of super unleaded.
81 miles.
