89 200tqw price, and 4ksq FS?

Sigh.  First it was the 85 urQ, now someone is selling a 89 200tqw
in my home town, most big things already replaced, but he is asking
too much (above $10k).  If I could sell my 84 4ksq, and if I could
get a reasonable price for both cars, I'd consider it.

So...

- what's the going rate for a 89 200tqw, 116k?  KBB lists 5250 wholesale,
  10200 retail.  What are the real world prices?

- any interest in my 84 4ksq?  140k on the odo, but the engine is from
  an 86 with under 90k now.  Runs fine, autocrosses well :), has new clutch,
  heck, new everything, euro lights with relays & wiring harness.
  a/c doesn't work, but I have another compressor that I think will fix the
  problem.  Paint is a bit faded, esp. on the hood, some minor rust under
  the doors, but structurally sound, interior is mint, etc etc.

Lemme know.  I should probably pass on the wagon but I can't resist going to
look at it...
