Moving to the UK

There used to be a kit you could buy - from the Consumers' Association?

It was primarily intended to guide you through a personal import from Europe, 
but I seem to remember it had data for other countries.
 
There are quite a few issues - the seatbelts have to carry the "E" mark, as do 
the headlight lenses, etc.

I've tried the CA web site, but it's incomprehensible.  They _do_ carry the 
postal addresses and phone numbers on there, however, so if you write or call 
you might find someone who makes sense.
