I agree - my stress bar helped alot even though it isn't perfect.   How 
did you get it around your brake master cylinder?   Did you go in 
front/behind/both, or did you replcae the reservoir with a circular piece?

I was out with the family last night, and beside a pickup truck at a stop 
light, I took off in my normal manner, beating him(I wasn't actually 
trying - honest)   When we got to the next light, he took off as fast as 
he could (maybe slightly faster than the first time) squawcking the tires 
in the first two gears.    I didn't even try - I had already unwittingly 
proved the point, and continued in a serene, graceful manner that befits 
a big German seeedan.
