SEATBELT LT. FLASHES?

Some help would be appreciated.

I have a 92' 100Q, the seatbelt warning light is flashing. The flash is a
periodic winking, sometimes quite dimly, seldom on for long, and very
irregular. I suspect the grounding, but have no idea of the circuit for this
light which seems to work on atimer since it is not extinguished by fastening
the belt, I think.

If any one has ever looked at or seen this circuit and has any idea where I
should look for a failed ground, relay or timer, I would be grateful.  A list
reply is fine.
