CR27? Scratch Filler?!

Q-list,

   Has anyone seen a commercial advertising a product called CR27 (or was
it CX27? something like that) Scratch Filler? Even stranger, has anyone
used it? According to the advertisement, this single product works on all
colors, and not only fills the scratch, but it appears to completely hide
the scratch with a perfect color match. How is this even remotely possible?
It appears to be a cream of some sort that you simply apply and buff
away... no more scratch marks in the paint.

   Of course, if you buy NOW you'll receive a second tube for just $5 more,
for a total of $19.95 (plus $5.95 shipping) for TWO TUBES. What a load of
crap, it'll probably be in the auto parts stores for a $1 in a couple of
weeks. 

   I'm thinking, if this product even remotely works, it would be a great
way to take care of little paint nicks around the grill and front bumper
area. I'm probably just dreaming, and can't fathom how this would work...
