91 200 TQW Stalling Problem

Does it happen when you coast up and come to a stop or when you're
coming straight off the throttle (i.e., the revs don't "catch" at idle,
so the engine dies)? I had the latter problem, but not the boost
problem, and replaced the turbo bypass valve. Voila! Problem solved.

Well the Audi Gods are lurking under the bonnet.
When I come to a stop light, voila, stalled motor (sometimes),
and now my boost does not go over 1.4 bar.
Leaky hoses?
