Sorry for the BW but I just had to weigh in here. I worked in Portland
briefly and took my then new 96 A4q to Morong because of a persistant water
leak in the driver's side door. The service department was very helpful and
professional. They were able to diagnose the problem and fix it in one visit
(and gave me a loaner without my having to ask). They were my first
experience with what I felt was a competent service dept (unlike Lewis Motors
where I bought the car). Since then I have been (un)fortunate enough to have
met service managers and departments across the country. They were among the
better ones.
