Is it a Bose?  (Assume there's something special about the eq in the
head unit.)  And does the led _always_ flash when the radio is off, even
w/ ignition on?

My wife's 90 has a Gamma (not Bose).  It has what appears to be a red
led on the front, but it never lights up; probably another one of those
things that isn't connected in the little cars.  (Maybe I could swap for
hers, and buy her a nice aftermarket job-- she doesn't have the matrix
display, anyway.)
