Acceleration Woes (I intend to accelerate ...)

Ladies & Gents
	My 91 200q does the following: upon having its throttle 
mashed, it runs well for a few seconds. As boost builds, it 
suddenly loses power and runs rough. Any ideas will be 
most wecome.

P.S. Sadly, I am unsubscribed at the moment, so I'll need
