If anyone cares, several years ago now VW made a few really cool cars (5 twin
16v engined GTI's to attack Pike's Peak , to name a few) and one car they
built was a one off Rear engined Scirocco.  With a 10v turbo audi engine
sticking ever so slightly out of the modified back.  And as previously noted,
VW has borrowed the Audi engine in several other instances, such as the
Multivan. Interesting, N'est-ce pas?
