Lube for power antenna?

Hi Fellow Quattro Enthusiasts!

  Does anybody have any suggestions on what to use to
lubricate the power antenna?  I thought the Audi owner's
manual suggested just keeping it clean, but over time the
antenna has been jamming occassionally when the radio is
turned off and it is trying to retract.

  Any suggestions would be appreciated.
