Tire Rack lists the 215/50-15 P-700Z at US$163, which still makes it sound
like a deal compared to what you UK folks pay ... when I recently had to
replace a pair of tires, I found the P700Z a very tempting option as they
were clearance priced at US$135 for a 215/40-17 and US$139 for a 215/45-17,
and this meant I could replace all FOUR tires for just a bit more than
buying another pair of Dunlop SP-8000s to match those already on the car.

In the end, though, I decided to stick with the Dunlops -- I've never had
much luck with Pirellis in the past; they always seem to go out of round or
wear excessively quickly -- and paid US$202 for a pair of 235/40-17s to go
on the front and match the 215/45-17s on the rear ... looks kind of
interesting and definitely helps reduce the Ur-Q's inherent oversteer
somewhat (not that I really drive it all THAT hard on the street, of course!).
