engine light......

If I may have a peice of your time, I have a problem with my 5kCS TQ.
Whenever I depress the accelerator the engine warning ligt comes on.  I can
go up to about .8 bars and press the accelerator about an inch before it
comes on.  I have done the removal of the dip stick test to see if there
were any leaks in the system.  The engine flutters a bit, but doesn't
stall.  I have recently replaced the idle screw, but I don't know how that
would effect this.  
	If there are any sugestions I'd like to hear them.  I have also done a
visual inspection of all the hoses, but to no avail.
