hissing sound??

Hi everyone,
  I have recently bought a 5000cs QT, and now there is a strange noise from
what sounds like the right side of the hood.  When I put the gas pedal all
the way down I begin to loose power around 5000rpm, when I depress the
clutch there is a hissing noise.  The noise is like opening a new can of
tennis balls.  I know it isn't the AC, but might it be the turbo or the
compression hose?
