Coupe GT vibration in steering wheel

hey all, i have been meaning to write this to you guys for some help, but 
i forgot.  I have a vibration in my steering that starts at about 50 mph 
and ceases at about 85 mph or so.  At 50-55 it feels the strongest in 
terms of the vibration feels like the steering rack is moving back and 
forth, it feels like it is just shaking back and forth...and i can hear 
it a bit too...then at higher speeds, the vibration is not like that 
anymore, but it is still there, it then jsut feels like a "normal" 
vibration.  I jsut got new front brakes, struts, strut bearings, and 
right wheel bearing.  I dont know how else to describe this.  And also, i 
just got the tires rotated and balanced just a few weeks before Pikes 
Peak, which is when i noticed the vibration for the first time, which was 
right after i got that work done.
