Original.

It's a German prefix, added to lots of German words.  Usually, when added to a 
capitalized noun, it's hyphenated.  The first Leica camera ever made is called 
the "ur-Leica".  In other cases, it's just appended - "Urgrossvater" for "great 
grandfather".
 
So - the ur-quattro (or urq) is simply the original Audi quattro.
