V8Q Parts Source?

Well, it's well past the timing belt interval on the V8Q, plus
I want to take care of a few other "little" things. The
wholesale parts supplier I've been dealing with since I got
the car no longer "buys direct" from Germany, SO, I've been
forced to the dealer, since I can't find anyone else with
parts. I gave one or two places listed in the Quattro Archives
a call, and neither has even bothered to call me back. One was
German Parts and Resoration, who told me they hadn't had time to
look it up (one week, boy they ARE busy).

Here's what I've gotten for prices from the local dealer:

Transmission Filter..........$ 33.49
Trans. Pan Gasket............$ 19.84
Accessory Belt...............$ 84.04
Timing Belt..................$142.27
Water Pump (NEW).............$290.90
Water Pump (REBUILT).........$178.52
Timing Belt Relay Rollers....$111.90
Tensioner Roller.............$124.42
Engine Mount.................$127.25

It uses 2 relay rollers, and needs both engine mounts,
and I won't even consider a rebuilt WP based on the
amount of work involved in replacing it. (I wish Audi
would give a Mercedes OEM parts guarantee, if a Mercedes
OEM dealer purchased part fails, Mercyless Benz will
replace it at any Authorized Dealer on their dime.)

Total for just the parts listed is $1173.26 !?

Any of you fellow V8Q'ers had any experience buying
parts at a more reasonable price?
