I bought one for $140 last January out of one of those places that
advertise in the back of Car & Driver. Had it shipped overnight. No
problems.

Wow!  140 is pretty close to cost on that bad boy.  That's only a 10 or 15 
point markup.  I guess they don't have any commission sales people to dip into 
that tiny bit of profit.
