Brake-Pad Wear Indicator

Hi All:

I have been putting up with the brake pad wear indicator coming on
every time I start the car for the past 2 years.  I want to bypass
all the engine compartment stuff and complete the circuit at the Kostal(sp?)
connector Bentley specifies.  This should work right?

Second question is with regard to wire colors for this circuit.  The
Bentley says the wire at the connector to the pad is yellow/white (from
memory so I may be wrong).  Regardless, the wires on my car are definitely
not the color that Bentley Specifes.  Due to the above indicated inconsistency
I am hesitant to believe the color at the Kostal connector and ground
that circuit for obvious reasons.

Can anybody offer insight into which wire/pin belongs to the brake
pad wear sensor?
