Help - 1990 Audi 90 Suspension Upgrade

I am thinking about changing the suspension on my '90.

I inquired at a local suspension shop, and apparently there is a kit
sold by Jamex (springs/struts etc).

Does anybody know of this kit? What sort of ride does it give? Any
alternatives to the Jamex kit?

I don't want a hard-out race suspension, but I don't want the ultra-soft
ride and body roll that I've got at the moment. Any alternatives?
