Separate these messages from Inbox

John:

First I created a new folder named "Quattro".

Then, in the inbox assistant, I created the following rules:

Move to 'Quattro' if To contains 'quattro'
Move to 'Quattro' if From contains 'quattro'
Move to 'Quattro' if CC contains 'quattro'
Move to 'Quattro' if Subject contains 'quattro'

This way any message related to the list ends up in the Quattro folder, and
I can review them (or delete them) when I want to.  More important, my
Inbox is not full of those messages (50 - 60 per day).

To create the rules, just follow the instructions of the Inbox Assistant.

Note that you can also create rules to Delete (instead of Move) messages
that contain a certain text.  This is handy since you always end up in some
undesired e-mailing lists.
