Audi 5KTQ low boost pressure

I'm not that keen about this procedure.  A healthy 5k will easily push over a 
single brick thickness wall, and perhaps a double one.  I'd hate to see someone 
choose a wall with someone the other side of it.

Turbos whistle.  Fact of life.  Some more than others.  Whistling per se is not 
a problem.  The symptoms sound to me more like high end fuel starvation, and 
I'd start with a simple no-load fuel pump flow test.  Just disconnect the fuel 
feed line, put it in a bucket and run the fuel pump.  Look for 900cc/30 seconds.
