Pat, 

You will want to know if the timing belt and water pump have been
replaced and perhaps the brake pressure accumulator (bomb). 

My car came with 195/60-14 tires; some were equipped with 15 inch
wheels/tires.

I can't speak from experience re: the CC fan, windshield or strut noise.
However, I can tell you that this price sounds high to me as my 1990 90q
(101km and many new parts) set me back just $12,500 Cdn. this past
March.
