As a side note, the 2.0 16v makes 134 hp in stock form.  So, basically audi
is severly de-tuning the new engines?  Or what is the deal here?  I believe
the 2.0 16v in europe (yes, still available in the GTI, much to the US GTi
lovers sadness.)  is making around 150 hp.  I'm sure Tom or Phil could give
the correct stats, though.  On another side note, there are several 600+hp
1.8 NA 16v motors in the racing world.  They only run for a few seconds, but
man are they fast!
