Full throttle air cut-off for '91 200TQ?

Hi Guys:

Yesterday, on the way home I was behind a guy in a BMW 325IS who was driving
like a jerk. I ended up behind him at a light at the bottom of a long hill
and decided it would be fun to embarrass him. Although I could steadily
pull away from him, I did not embarrass him as much as I would have liked.
The temp was 85F and the air was on. I have the impression that the '91
200TQ has no full throttle compressor cut off. Does anyone know for sure,
and if not, is there an easy mod?? I have also noticed a sharp difference
in performance depending on ambient temperature. I assume this is due to
the efficiency of the inter cooler. My overall impression is that the car
suffers much less from altitude and much more from temperature than normally
aspirated performance cars. If anybody would care to expound on that
subject, I am interested.
