Re: Visor is falling
My visor was suffering the same fate, though the fix is not that easy. I
finally put it to rest (by cutting into it). If I have lost some part of
my AUDI I need to know why. There is a little clip around the plastic
attachment arm. This smaller clip moves inside a larger clip(bith clips
are in a "C" shape). The inner one has broken.
Right now I am trying to find another clip, at hardware, craft and office
supplies stores (because it looks like one of those binder clips, the ones
that are black with the 2 silver loops to leverage the black part open).
This might be a little much for a simple replacement, but as my father who
grew up during WWII says, "Use it up, wear it out, make it do or do without".
