MB600

I noticed in a recent post, someone mentioned how auto manufacturer's
dont crash test into concrete barriers.

Seems Mercedes engineers are interested in the now
famous MB600.  

They have sent a team to help evaluate the crash, and determine
the "role" in which the car may have played.

When I lived in Germany, you would often hear of MB buying their wrecked
cars to take back to their facilities for evaluation.

MB is an industry leader in pioneering "safety" in cars!   They
do not patent their safety related items, and share them
"liberally" with the rest of the world!
