I've been letting traffic on this subject work itself out, since
it is something that so many feel affected by.
That said, there is not much relevance to this list.
So, might I suggest rec.autos.misc or another newsgroup to
discuss car safety, etc?  Not trying to be the bad guy, just
doin my job :)
