Help on A4 mod's

Hi q-list members,
     I have a 1998 A4 2.8 Quattro and am preparing to add a few 
modifications. I needed some suggestions on an exhaust and suspension. I 
am looking at a remus sport exhaust muffler and I have received a lot of 
different info on how hp it gives, usually about 10%, is this true? I am 
also looking at Koni shocks and Eibach springs, but the springs seemed 
to lower the car too much, so I opted for the height adjustable Koni's. 
They will only give me a 1/2 inch lower ride height, but I think that 
its all I can deal with because I drive into the city daily and the 
roads are very poor. I was also going to replace the wheels and tires 
with 17"Borbet type C and Pirelli P7000 Supersport 225-45. If anyone 
could give me any input on my decisions I would be very grateful.
