CLACK NOISE

HUW,BTDT yesterday on my TQC. The pin is worn.It goes thru the two lugs 
that protrude from the door pillar.Remove the sponge pad that seals the 
door check opening(when the door is closed) and remove the pin.This can 
be a PITA if the pin is badly worn.I replaced the pin with a M6 bolt that 
iI removed the threads from (saw off the threads,just use the shoulder of 
the bolt. Result: no one looks at the car when I open the door At the 
supermarket parking lot.
