Delta Codes

I was playing around with the Delta on my A4 and noticed the following codes.

Press button #1 and turn on        F F  0000
  This was discussed in an earlier post.  The first as discussed seems to 
indicate signal strength (0-F).  The last four seem some kind of station 
identifier (if such an identifier was being transmitted).  I am not sure what 
the function of the second alpha-numeric identifier is.

Press button #2 and turn on        GALA 0DB
  This seems to be a good indicator of Gala functioning in db.  My car was in 
the garage and so I did not have a chance to validate this.  I expect that as 
speed increases I should see an increase from the 0 reading.

Press button #3 and turn on        4802.4  R
  Pressing the up/down tuning button makes this number change between three 
alternatives.  The other two ended with an S and M.  No idea what this is 
either.

Any ideas?
