Oil drain plug

No - about the 'vacuum out' via the dipstick hole method of oil
changing.  In Germany, oil filters are only changed on alternate oil
changes.  It used to be common to do the intermediate one by sucking the
oil out through the dipstick hole, but I think the practice has ceased
now.
