'84 5KS bucking bronco

I'm back. I posted a week or so ago and on lister
responded with the suggestion that it might be the
 fuel pump. It's evidently not.

The car is an '84 5KS, and it runs just beautiful
until you put a load on the engine. In first gear,
while going up a steep incline or just letting the
clutch out fast and accelerating, the car jumps
and bucks, seems to be catching and dying very
quickly. Push in the clutch, idles smooth as
 butter.

So far I've changed the following (thanks to parts
car that was running great until it's former owner
drove 50+ miles with a 2inch hole in the oil pan):

Fuel pump complete with sender, distributor, coil,
checked all (I mean ALL) vacuum lines, cleaned and
replaced almost all connectors in the ignition
system, checked pressure gradient sensor, temp
sensors, etc. WHAT am I missing here? Something
has to be shutting down either Spark or Fuel, any
 suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

That Northstar transplant starts looking better and
 better. ;)
