     I haven't BTDT, but I asked a friend who is familiar with
     this problem in 4K's.  He told me that the problem may
     lie in the Differential Fuel Pressure Regulator, can be
     found on the side of the fuel distributor. Probably a
     procedure for checking it in the Bentley. Best I could
     come up with, hope it helps.
