'86 5kcsTQ warm start probs

G'day Folks,

'86 5kcsTQ starts great cold and hot, but is hell when warm.  After what seems like forever (probably 1 or 2 mins) it'll turn over, sort of.  Sounds and 
feels like it's on one cylinder.  Then another one chimes in and another until all five are firing (about 30 secs after the first cylinder fires).  It 
seems to happen when the car sits for between 30 and 90 mins.  The posts I found in the archives mentioned the oxygenated fuels sold during the winter 
months causing similar probs, but it's only September.  Throttle position doesn't seem to matter.  Except for warm starts it runs great.   It feels like 
there's no spark, but why only when it's warm.  The plugs, wires, rotor and cap are all pretty new and Bosch(this summer).
Any ideas?
