4kS "power" windows

No.  The circuits that run the switch lights are _completely_ separate from the 
ones that run the motors.

Logical, if you think about it.  Dimming the dash dims the switch lights, but 
doesn't make the windows go down slower.
 
With all four motors out, the critical component is a thermal cutout that 
the factory manuals insist on calling a 'fuse'.  It's in one of the relay 
panels, and a passing owner on the list may tell you where it is.
